After graduating Mechanical Engineering Faculty of ITU in 1981, Fevzi Durgun worked in some various companies as mechanical engineer.In 1988 he has founded Etkin Engineering Co. During more than 20 years; hiscareerbeginning with  Etkin Engineering Co.;nowbecomes the president of 11 consistinggroup of companies.At the same time he is the board member of Yevrazeyskiy Stroitelnıy Alyans. YevrazeyskiyStroitelnıy Alyans is fomed of four companies including RUS ETKIN, and working as a non-profitorganization which have the authority of giving construction licence  for construciton companies who are willing to participate Russian market.

Mr. Tanıtmış has started working in Etkin Engineering Co. In 1988 while he was continuing his graduatestudy. He has been working as a succesfulengineerand managerboth in home and abroad projects. As a corporatepartner of Etkin Engineering and Etkin Service companies, he is continuing general management of Etkin Engineering Co with chiefexecutiveduties of Etkin Group of Companies.

After graduating from  Istanbul State Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture Faculty in 1976, Mr. Hapçıoğlu  worked 5 years in Architects Association Ltd. / Zurich –Switzerland,  4 years in Doğa Construction Co.  and 21 years in ENKA Construciton Co.He has worked in several duties like superstructure construction positions, bussiness development positions etc.  Since 2006 he has been continuing his Etkin International Design Construcion & Trade Co. business development coordinator duties simultaneously with Etkin Group executive committee membership.

Mr. Ünalp who has graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Management in 1998, assigned as Auditor and Chief Financial Officer in corporations like Bank Ekspress, Tansaş, Cevahir AVM and Goldaş by completing his master's degree in Bilgi University.
He was assigned as Risk and Internal Audit Manager in Etkin Group Of Compaies in 2010. He has been operating as General Manager of Etkin Servis Hizmetleri Inc. and Executive Committee Member of Etkin Group Of Compaies since 2011.

Mr. Arslan, who was graduated from Faculty of Veterinary Science of University of Uludag in 1992, has received his title of PhD by completing the External Doctorate in the Department of Animal Feeding and Feeding Diseases of the same university in  1999. He has been continuing with his duties as the General Manager of Etki Food Com. Ind Ltd, where he had started during his Doctorate education, since 1995. He has also been continuing with his duty as the Executive Committee Member of the Etkin Group of Companies as well as being the Veterinary Surgeon and having managerial duties in the Capra Goat Breeding Animal Husbandry Establishment Food Ind. And Com. Ltd .as one of companies of the group.  

Mr. Tepe who has started his carreer in   Detay International Co’s Trade Department, continues his studies in Ferman Gmbh. Co. as Dierctor.He has been working with Etkin Group since 2008. In 2009 he starts to operate as General Manager of Rusetkin Co. Nowadays he also continues his education in Law &Economy Academy of Moscow University.
